Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across all nine provinces of South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you require delivery outside of South Africa, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Major metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 3–5 business days.
  • Other urban areas: 5–7 business days.
  • Rural and remote areas: 7–10 business days.
  • Bulk / B2B orders: Delivery timeframes are confirmed at the time of quote and may vary depending on order size and customisation requirements.

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value — check the checkout page for current promotions.
  • B2B and bulk orders: Shipping costs are included in the quoted price unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@uniqwear.co.za.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make up to two additional attempts. After three failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery will be arranged at an additional cost. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange items subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made, personalised, or branded uniforms (B2B orders produced to specification).
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@uniqwear.co.za with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. In line with the CPA, you are entitled to return defective goods within 6 months of purchase.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If the replacement item is a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
